Why this costs less than hiring.
A UK in-house hire is never just a salary. Add employer National Insurance, pension contributions, recruitment costs and the desk they sit at, and the real number climbs fast.
Your numbers, not our claims.
Put a real salary and overhead figure in. See what an in-house hire actually costs your firm each month, set against the flat-rate packages below.
The in-house hire
Employer National Insurance is calculated at 15% above the £5,000 secondary threshold, and pension at 3% of qualifying earnings, per 2025/26 employer rates. Figures are estimates to guide comparison, not a substitute for your own payroll advice.
Pricing, answered plainly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long lock-in contracts. Packages run on a short notice period, so you can scale a team up or down as your caseload changes.
Can we move between packages later?
Yes. Most firms start with a single paralegal and grow into a team as the relationship proves itself. There’s no penalty for moving up or down.
What’s included in the price?
Supervision, quality checking and onboarding to your systems are all part of every package. The rate covers the full, dedicated time of your paralegal or team.
