From first call to work in progress, without the guesswork.

Four steps. No long contracts, no hidden ramp-up. Here’s exactly what happens, and when.

i

Introductory call

We learn your practice, your matters and the standards you hold work to. No obligation, no pressure, just a clear read on whether we’re a fit. Most calls run 15 to 30 minutes.

ii

Scoped & matched

We assign paralegals suited to your work and agree ways of working, confidentiality, supervision and sign-off, in writing, before anything begins. You’ll know exactly who’s working on your matters and how.

Within days
iii

Integrated

They work to your templates, your systems and your house style: an extension of your team, not a faceless desk. You retain conduct and the final word on every piece of work.

Embedded
iv

Scaled

Add hours, add hands or pause entirely. Capacity that answers to your caseload, never the other way around. No notice period stops you scaling down when a matter closes.

On demand

Before we start

What we need from you.

Onboarding is deliberately light. Four things, and we’re working.

A point of contact

One person on your side who can answer questions and sign off work, usually the fee-earner or a practice manager.

Access to the matter

Scoped to what the work requires: a shared folder, a specific case file, or system access, whichever you’re comfortable granting.

Your house style

Templates, precedents or examples of work you like. If you don’t have them formalised, we’ll work from your past correspondence instead.

A signed engagement letter

Confidentiality terms, scope and rates confirmed in writing before any work starts: no verbal agreements, no ambiguity.

A short, no-obligation call. We’ll map the work slowing your practice down and show you exactly how we’d take it on, confidentially and on your terms.
